Looks great and frame just like mine will make it look like factory finish. Tip when removing nav unit there are screws behind the left and right temp controls. Put tape and pry up with something like a paint scrapper and will come right up to see 2 screws each side.

I read in the other post that you connected the reverse camera. How did you connect it on the unit side?
In the instructions I received it shows connect to pin 3 and 5, I'm assuming just splice the wires cause I don't see a connector for it. Thanks.

For video one of the rca connectors received should be marked going into unit.. For trigger I spliced into backup light in trunk. Your camera did come with long cable for this?

Thanks for replying. I have the long wire, on the instructions it shows 2 wires going to the pins 3 and 5 on the connector that plugs in to Android. It also says I don't need to connect pin5 if there is a wire going to canbus, but I traced it and it's going back to Video input pin. I think I just need to splice the wires to pin 3 and pin 5. I'll mess around with it this weekend, just trying to get prepared.
Ok so none of your rca connectors label something like back on it? All of these Chinese units come with no instructions but do have connectors so no splicing from what I have seen and heard. Except from splicing into reverse light for trigger.
This whole thing about hooking up and running the wires for the backup camera is kind of freaking me out. Did you guys fun the wires along the floor boards or up around the doors? And what exactly did you hook the back up video too?
If you have that cable don't look at instructions just hook up and trigger
I have that cable, I was just looking at those 2 wires they are saying to connect to pin 3 and pin 5. I'm gonna dig into this tomorrow and post results. Thank you so much.

Running along the rocker panels is not a big deal, the plastic trim pops up fairly easy and there is plenty of room between the existing cables. I ran my amp wire like that. The hardest parts will be getting the back seat out. I haven't tried it yet, but from everything I've seen even that is not hard.
Once I'm done, I'll post some pictures.
I ran all my wires up top and down behind moldings and through back of package tray in a hole already there and don't see any wires. No pulling of seat, etc. Very easy. Also ran my antenna wire the same and mounted center top back glass and hidden.
I am happy to report that Teyes is installed and working. It wasn't bad, took me longer to configure the unit than to install. I haven't got to the reverse camera installed yet. I created a site to document everything but it's a rough version, because I was adding pictures and comments as I was doing this. Once everything is done I'll clean it up and post a link.

Reason: Wrong canbus picture
This is great - look at that temp screen - wow - nice work.
The Canbus says LS460 - so is that the way to do this?
And was the wiring pretty straight forward?
Thx
Edit - do you still have the protected screen film on it? That plastic tab at the top looks like the screen protector?
