also is there a egr block off plate on our cars i heard of some v8's getting 10rwhp by taking it off

 

I pulled off my EGR and just used a huge office clip to close the EGR tube up that the exhausts fumes came from. As for the coolant cutoff, I have never heard of that one.

So is your CEL on, from removing your EGR? My CEL is on and its giving off the EGR code.

And with the coolant bypass is that going to work for our LS?

 

My CEL is always on due to my exhausts setup, but I think it might trigger it. The EGR mod will help Turbo cars more tha NA ones. I do not know anything about the coolant bypass mod at this moment. This is the first time I have heard of it.
