Call wherever you got the code read and the part replaced and get the exact code from them. Better to be sure then to guess. If you got a receipt for the diagnostic they generally will list it there.
That said it sounds like a P0115 to me. This list code specifies the Coolant Sensor, the Coolant Sensor circuit, or the ECM (rare).
I don't know the exact code,but it was to replace the coolant temp sensor,so i replaced it and a week later the same code appeared.
No codes ever specify to 'replace' anything. They are just a basis to troubleshoot from.
Just like any code that ever has anything to do with O2 the autozone guys just tell you to replace all the O2 sensors in the car that's got to be it. The ecu will throw O2 codes for a multitude of reasons when the readings are out of range and it could be due to other factors like injectors or maf problems casuing improper mixture going in hence improper burn coming out or cat issues for the rear o2's..
Same principal applies, you need the exact code again to see what the possible causes are.
