Question Code and idle issue

Alright guys ... I’m throwing codes ...my check engine and traction control light come on. I have around a 1100 rpm idle... changed plugs, cleaned IACV and new IACV gasket. And still codes. Also have high hydrocarbons. Ran sea foam through me car as well. I though about the O2s and maybe using foulers to space them. Any help please!

1993, 79955 odo .. past has had plugs, and IACV gasket and sea foam treatment. Now car idles at 450 and when I hit the throttle it drops a little and then jumps up. But it won’t stay like that. Turned it off then back on and goes to 850 idle

You do realize that your car reports specific errors and doesn't just generically "throw codes," right?

I have already said what codes cel, TRAC and traction control is saying it’s off. 1993 80125 miles, I just did plugs, and IACV valve gasket. Might be doing the O2s soon.

You’re wasting money firing the parts canon at the car.

How to get the codes:
http://www.lexls.com/tutorials/intro/codereading.html
So many potential areas that could be from a poor seal on the gas cap, worn brake pad sensor or...? Getting the blink code will be specific on what to check-replace.
