Default Strut rod bolt seized?

I love how EVERYTHING on lexls website is so much harder for me, God must hate me. Ok so im trying to remove the rear strut rod to get to the carrier axle bushing, the bolt and nut that fits through the bushing directly behind the rotor seems to be seized. I lps40 and jiggaloo (wd40 pretty much) and left it there for an hour and still the bolt wont budge. I tried an impact gun at 130 PSI and the bolt still wont budge. Used a breaker bar rested against the ground and a wrench....the bolt wont move. i tried using a floor jack on the wrench but it slips off because the bushing absorbs the force. It seems to be my only option is too cut it off or cut the bolt in half on each side, which is not a problem...but where can i find another nut and bolt for this??? I tried ebay.

I can use heat, however this will melt the bushing than if i still cant get it off than im stuck because this is my daily driver.

You're most likely going to have to heat it up and replace the bushing. That's been my experience at least.

if your not in a super rush to get the part off, you could apply more jigaloo to it every day for a week or so, btw psi doesnt really determine the power of your gun, its all the gun itself and the setting its on, but im assuming you didnt have the gun on the lowest setting so unles it was a 10dollar impact gun it was probably around 400 foot lbs which is amazing it didnt take it off

yeah i called lexus its $7 CAD for one bolt, peace of mind though i guess that i got the right bolt. He is emailing me the part numbers as we speak (if he actually does). Its an and old impact gun, when i torque the wheel lug nuts i can always go back with a breaker bar and get another 3/4 turn or full turn. This is why a breaker bar is my best bet...I was deadlifting 250LBS at the gym the otherday so im definately not weak if thats what your getting at next, Haha. I will try as suggested to spray wd40 or jigaloo on the bolt for a week. Just out of curiosity does the whole strut rod have to come off? or just the bolt holding the carrier bushing?

Update::: So i have the diagram for all the bolts, it shows all the bolt used in the rear suspension. I will post it when i have some time for other having similiar issues.
