Default Power steering flush

Just wandering which brand to use to do this. Since they no longer have dexron II, will the current IV or higher one be compatible? Do you guys use synthetic or no, my car has 132k? Comments, thanks guys.

I'm using Valvoline MaxLife ATF in my power steering. Royal Purple and Lucas is overrated - and Lucas can exacerbate pre-existing issues since it's so thick and doesn't have enough defoamers in it.

I did run Red Line D4 ATF in it before - I felt the steering was a touch lighter with RL.

Have never seen anyone rate RP or any PS Fluid for that matter.
The better question for this thread is how often should you be changing this fluid to prevent ever having to replace your PS Pump?

Once was enough for me so I am now fairly diligent.
