Anybody have a Nakamici CD player that stills works without problems and that will fit a '93 LS400?

There are some on the praybay site. All the ones I saw were less than $100

Also, I have the 4200 and I really like it. Search YouTube, some guy made a pretty intensive ~4 part video review on it, helped me make my decision.
If that pigtail won't work, will this one (on a 97 LS400)? Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. So the beatsonic harness is the ONLY option?

there are some who've been able to custom wire it all together, but the beatsonic is the only plug and play way to keep the OEM subwoofer happy.
if running an aftermarket sub, things simplify.

My audio guy used a Metra harness if I'm not mistaken.

I have a 94 and I'm taking it out on Wednesday. It works great. I just upgraded to a pioneer Avic-z120bt and I don't need it.

Not sure of the model number since I already threw the packaging away. Look up this eBay auction item number 140361150862. This is the same kit that I got.

Thx Pure. I was just racking my brain to figure that out.
Any aftermarket units plug in? I always hate being at the mercy of BestBuy/etc cuz I don't know much about this stuff.

does the metro harness just apply to the sub amp or can it be used to replace the factory amp?

you're thinking backwards, the harness is dependant on the car, not the headunit.

Yes you can use that harness for an aftermarket amp. You just won't use the RCA plugs on the harness you would just use the ones on your head unit.
