I bought them from the same place I bought the blue ignition LED. http://www.superbrightleds.com

Both LED bulbs are WLED-W4 (194) White. It's hard to get a good shot that actually shows the true color of these. They have a slight purple tint to them. I'm happy with them, the car looks much newer .

I assume you got pulled over for having white sidemarker lights (the lights that are turned on in the pic). Those are supposed to be amber. I would hope pure white low beams wouldn't be a problem, though.

The Vehicle Code book is available through your local DMV location for like $5. In it you will find the specifications for a whole boat load of things. Well worth it as $5 is much better than an equipment violation and a whole list of fix-it things...provided you are in the USA of course.

Hmmm what to do, what to do ......the MN driving manual is super vague, it just says you need turn signals! The CA vehicle code book is online; can't find one for MN. I might call the DMV on Monday to see if there is one. I can't drive my can until after Monday anyways because I've got it all taken apart...............

LOL Mike. BTW, you're in Thousand Oaks right? I guess the cops there are more strict about hyper-whites than here in LA. I'm all sketchy about driving around your area now.

Earl, I would not worry about your lights, just enjoy them..............By the way I run all non DOT bulbs on the front of my car and never have any problems and have been doing it for 3 years........take a look a some of my pics in LS gallery ( a total of 600 watts on my front end)...................Just run some orange on the turnsignals and you will be fine....................................MIKE
