Ls400 '97 ACC wire not working
I'm trying to re-setup my car stereo, I pulled all the wires and am going to rewire them because I thought I did something wrong. Problem is, I can't even find the right ACC wire. I have 2 grey wires, which should be the ACC. Earlier when wiring, hooking up to one of the grey wires would get the unit into standby mode, but when I pressed the button, it would not turn on. The other grey wire blows a fuse everytime no matter what. Now, both grey wires do nothing. I checked all the fuses and they all seem to be fine. Is there a way to wire the ACC a different way? I need to fix this problem and can't just keep turning my radio off. I went on vacation with everything off for 2 weeks, and my battery died...
Here's a picture of the wires. One is skinny with copper, the other has a bunch of protection with a "silver" wire
I checked the fuses, they all seem to be fine
EDIT: apparently there is another fuse box on the drivers side and there was a blown fuse, now everything works perfect ^.^
