Is it possible to run Lexus navigation on a regular pc? (Sorry if this has been covered already)

I guess, I can't tell from the picture. Are u running Lexus nav software on your carpc? Or are u using other nav software. I currently use StreetAtlas 2005, I have a Lexus nav cd and want to use that. Do u or anyone else know if that's possible?

I think I missunderstood your question. I'm running Street Atlas on a carPC as my navigation software on my Lexus. I think you wanted to know if it was possible the other way around.
