why cant I find an IS300 rsp manual with Navigation? Did Lexus every manufacture the two options together, if not, where can i find navigation because navigation/dvd is much too player to pass up. thanks.

If you go to Longo Lexus, they have plenty of IS300's in 5spd Manuals and Navi combinations. Just talk to Elizabeth H. at Longo and she'll get you to the right model.

yes lexus makes 5 speed with nav, but they are relatively rare.

 

for 2002, our dealership only sold 4-5 manuals, so I imagine that would make it rare in itself. The salesman told me they only make about 20% in manual

 

Most luxury car owners aren't interested in a manual transmission. I too have heard about 20% made are manual. Further, manuals are often bought by folks looking to save a few pennies, so it's hard to get all the options. I live in LA, and the closest car was in San Diego. I want the performance of a manual, but with all the goodies. Oh and by the way don't skip on the LSD!

 

man it wasn't that hard to find the car right? i got mine from longo lexus and they had two ggp the same options (fully loaded 5 speed) for me to choose from. but yes, it's almost always the case that for these kind of cars they make only a few manuals, though i am not sure about the saving money part though
