i have a 1994 Gs300. My windows dont role up or down, i know its not the regulators, because i put direct power into them and they work. is there any fuses that control the windows? any ideas?

Yes, power windows have their own fuse. Check every single one of them until you find one that's burned. The main problem is not finding the bad fuse but the reason why it went, though. That's the kicker.
