It was!
Unfortunately, HWY 1 is washed out about 25mi north of this, so I couldn't jet up to Carmel.
I did a ~2100mi trip from Eugene, to Los Angeles.
As expected, the car was exceptionally comfortable and non-fatiguing for very long periods behind the wheel.
Only saw two other LC's on the trip, 1 in San Luis Obispo and 1 in Hollywood.

 

Had the chance to do some parade laps at Road America this last weekend during the IMSA race. A few LCs made the trip which was nice to see as well.

 

14" of rain so far, another 8" predicted by Friday.

 

Looks pretty dry from here.

Left out of Charleston Sunday (via Savannah), been there done that. Water seems to be my "nemesis".

 

Bear with me, I might post everyday here for a while.. Find myself parking in the furthest corner of every lot and constantly doing double takes.

I turned off those auto fold mirrors. I didn't like the way it looked when doing those double takes after parking it. With the way we park our LCs away from others when possible I'm not sure how vulnerable the mirrors are anyway. The hips are more of a concern to me.

I agree it looks better unfolded but I need to fold in the garage at home to avoid kids and wife hitting it with the door of the car and/or purses and backpacks so I decided I'll just leave it enabled so I don't have to remember to do it everytime I park it home
