“Watched JayEmm and youtube tried to drag me into a Doug Demuro video afterward. NOPE. He is only out-done in annoyance factor by Raiti's rides. How on earth either of them are successful in a space with folks like TH, SG, etc is beyond me”
JayEmm is one of my favorite YouTube car reviewers.
I will say this in defense of Doug Demuro, he absolutely adores the LC 500. He has reviewed the 2018 coupe also the 2021 and 2024 convertibles (Where he recommended it above the BMW 850 and AMG SL models).
the LC 500 is also the only vehicle he has ever given a perfect 10/10 for overall quality. He rates Bentley‘Continental GT and Porsche 911 as 8-9 depending upon the trim/model. Aston Martin and remaining German brands 7-8 again model dependent. I don’t expect this to alter your opinion, but just wanted to say that he loves and genuinely appreciates what the Lexus LC 500 is.

Yeah I can appreciate someone who appreciates the LC, but I just dislike his approach & tone. It's not nearly on the level of Raiti, but I generally like MOST cartubers if they dont come off as sleezy salesmen like Raiti does.
I dont think Doug is a BAD reviewer per se, but I always get annoyed within a few minutes into his videos (compared to a few seconds into any Raiti vid). It's probably my inner "old man yelling at clouds", who is bubbling up to the surface more rapidly with each passing year.

I had to chuckle with your response. It took me quite some time to get to a point where I could tolerate Demuro. His voice inflection, general demeanor, and even his attire did not appeal to me. I did have to acknowledge though that he reviews plenty of very high-end vehicles and is not afraid to be critical at all. I suspect he’s become so large now he isn’t concerned about any manufacturer pushback if he provides less than a sterling review.
He has reviewed plenty of cars in the $200-300K bracket and none received his 10 score for built quality. Only the LC 500 has managed to do so.😊
Driving my Lexus LC500h at the PS Racing Center Greinbach. Who says hybrids aren't fun? It sounds awesome and drifts beautifully. Almost a little too powerful for the track, and the tires were already a bit worn out. Otherwise, it was a lot of fun!
I was about to say "too powerful for the track? in what world" then saw it's a drift track, awesome sight tbh to see an LC drifting! Then I thought "so much touting the noises and the video is overlaid with music?" but then I watched til the end. Sounds good, but still not as good as the V8
Just keeping it real. Sarah's whole angle to garner viewers is "I'm a chick wearing revealing clothing that's also a bad *** mechanic". It's deceptive to say the least.

Nice! First video of an LC in aggressive-mode pushing it that I've seen. Our gentleman in the ring and not zooming in style putting grins on reviewers' faces.
