Looks custom to me. The LED DRLs with blacked out housing looks nice. But everything else is bleh. The owner must really want to be towed with all those tow hooks.
the front bumper around the fog light looks different than 2010 too

Ooooooh SNAP!!!! Another facelift from Toyota? Kinda hard to believe they would do that for a already refreshed model. Looks pretty real to me. Liking them headlights.
looks like a legitimate update to me. if not, i still like...looks like the way lexus would do it.
anyone notice the chrome ring around the speedo and tach?
those wheels look like factory wheels too, looks a little like the LFA wheels.
Looks legit to me. The changes are too tame and subtle for it to be aftermarket work. The lower corners of the grille bezel looks slightly changed vs the '10's. Timing of the face-lift is about right too, as I've always thought there's going to be at least 2 more years on the current IS due to the IS-F and IS-C extending the IS's overall redesign cycle. And this is a VERY competitive segment so they'll need something to keep things fresh-ish.
And I want those headlights!

I think its a legit refresh. It seems like Toyota/Lexus is going with two updates per generation now (at least for this generation of vehicles). Avalon is on its second update and the GS had a mild refresh again as well this past year (the GS450h to be specific).
LFA style wheels, CTh style foglights, trim over the glovebox like the ES, LS like LED's in the headlights.
