Default Problem with new brake pads, with pic

Hey guys, anyone know what could cause new front brake pads to wear new rotors this way? The rotors are black zinc plated...the issue is pads only touching the ends (silver rings). The rears are both brand new as well and wearing perfectly. Both my fronts look this way after a few days of driving.
The "grooves" aren't grooves at all...just coloring wear as if the pads are only making contact in those outer areas.

Fyi, I bought front and rear pads long ago can't even remember what brand they are. 90% sure they aren't Wherever's or the ones people had other odd wear issues with.

Edit- it's an is350 with ISF hubs, rotors, calipers and more

I agree. Plus, I see no evidence that you tried to bed the brakes. IMHO, that's an important first step to gain the ultimate brake performance.

Default The rotors could be "misshapen"

The rotors could be ground to a concave (thinner in the middle) profile for whatever reason. Were the rotors new and what was the brand name?

Same setup you have; should it be in the hybrid forum?

Talked to brake performance and will be replacing front pads.

I have never seen that happen ever.

Used pads with new rotors maybe? If you're swapping in new rotors, you should've swapped in new pads too.
