Default Is anything else needed when changing brake pads

My front brake pads has less than 3% of life from driving 28k miles. I already bought my brake pads from Sewell and wondering is there anything else needed to change the pads.

I heard that new brackets is required? Can I just use the original ones?

Also, did you guys purchased new set of rotors?
