@AmbyBomb Yes if it was P013A… It’s showing consistency which is a good thing on pinpointing root cause..
Are they replacing both OEM crush gaskets ??
@crapppy69 If you’re not deleting secondary CAT’s or resonators… Just install the axle back for now..
Looking to see how your final fitment goes
Also don’t mess with anything else yet in case you get a CEL..Axle back swap is harmless enough and quickly reversible.

Their initial plan was to replace the O2 sensor. I mentioned the gasket issue so maybe that will happen too. As far as I know, they're waiting on instructions from Lexus. Maybe I'm patient zero in Canada.

Did you happen to capture your build date / month ?

SERVICE: EXHAUST PIPE GASKET
DESCRIPTION: EXHAUST PIPE GASKET ~|~CUSTOMER STATES CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON ~|~SET DTC P013A BANK 1 SENSOR 2 SLOW RESPONDS ~|~20 SET DTC P013A BANK 1 SENSOR 2 SLOW RESPONDS CHECKED EXHAUST FOR LEAKS AND FOUND EXHAUST FLANGE HAD A LARGE GAP CAUSING A LITTLE LEAK WHEN HOT, REMOVED EXHAUST AND RE-INSTALLED AND WAS ABLE TO REDUCE FLANGE GAP BY RE-TORQUE THE EXHAUST BOLTS. TEST DROVE
If they didn't replace my gasket and it indeed has a gap, whereas these replacements don't have a gap, does that mean my bolts are torqued too tight?
^^ I agree, all except Jororo but his was more of an exception and they feel it could be a poorly aligned exhaust system....But it is encouraging to see that so far, a simple gasket (or 2) has fixed these issues
