That's very expensive. Not worth paying sticker for sure. You can negotiate a well equipped M340 or Audi S4 for that price. Hopefully someone can negotiate low $50k for the car.

Here is what seems like an honest review with some pics.

Or a lightly used GS F with more room and way more power.

From the article:

“Most of the time, I used Apple CarPlay, but it's a huge bummer that it's not wireless here.”

Is this typical for other manufactures? Disappointing.

The Germans have gone wireless CarPlay. It's pretty convenient. Lexus will get there. It will just take another 5-8 years

Funny!

Good news, we get CarPlay!
Not so fast, you need to suffer with
plugging it in.

Isn't wireless Carplay an additional subscription fee that the car buyer has to pay for?

They changed it. There was a big uproar so they made it free at BmW. The other OEMs never charged for it.

As I have been saying, save for some special APR's, there will be little to no deals on the new IS right now. Dealerships will be treating it as an all-new, hot model, that is in short supply. This is part sales pitch strategy and part reality. It is the exact same pattern of any newly released Lexus model within the last dozen years, and a common trend for other brand releases. It will take a few months before the initial excitement fades and supply starts accumulating on the lots. Only then, the wheelin and dealin and extra incentives will commence.
