Default Maintenance required light won’t go off

So I just did my regular oil change, and I reset the intervals in the infotainment system. However, I just got a maintenance required light that won’t go off. There is nothing wrong with the car, and there is no maintenance to perform. I did just pass the 55,000 mile mark, but how do I get rid of this light? 2015 IS 350 AWD base.

try disconnecting the negative and wait a few minutes.
it could reset the ecu and if its not a real problem it would go away.

The reset is in your settings on the speedometer. Use the steering wheel controls to access it. The maintenance required in the infotainment system has its separate reset which is probably the one you did.

+1, dealer forgot to reset mine last time I took it in. So, I did it myself.

I have 2 resets, the oil change reset and the regular maintenance reset. Maybe you only reset one of them.
