Hey guys,

My maintenance light came on around the 5,000 mile mark but it hasn't come on yet for the 10,000 mile mark. I'm already sitting at 11,500 miles and still nothing. Should I just take my car to Lexus, or will the light come on eventually?

 

It's time for your free oil change and service. Take it in and have them reset it once it's complete. I think it can be manually adjusted in the maintenance settings.

 

Oh okay, I thought that the maintenance light should automatically come on.

 

It should.... mine did.

 

It should automatically come on, make sure to bring this up during your service appointment.

It could be something defective
