I have a 14 IS250, buddy has a 14 IS350. Both of our front seats are creased identically. Our local Lexus dealer and even the corporate number won’t replace them. The material is too soft that it rips or creased easily.

i had the exact same problem as well. The dealership said that it was normal wear and tear, but after i called corperate, they were willing to replace the bolster if i paid for labor. The labor was around 365$. I dont know if they would be willing to do that for you though since my car only had 32k on it when this happened

Yeah no problem man. I think the problem with the red seats of our car is that the red is hard to blend and color match properly. I mean I'm sure a local upholstery shop can try to match it. If your looking for the whole thing to be replaced, I would try giving corporate a call and maybe they can work something out for you.

Gotta be careful when getting in and out of that seats. The reason why it rips like that is because your pants rubs against it when going in and out.

My seats are near perfect except for minor creases. I've mastered the art of levitating in/out of the seats.

This.
You need to put your right leg in first and then, supporting a bit of your weight on that leg, twist your body AROUND the side of the seat and move directly above it, then fall right on the seat and pull your left leg in as well - voila, you're already in your driving position and there is no need to niggle yourself further and rub that Nuluxe!
