There's a Technical Service Bulletin for it.

I had mine done, the seat would creak like crazy whenever I shifted my weight around (esp. in corners) and I only weigh like 175. The lexus dealer didn't know about the TSIB, so I gave them the info and they looked it up. They only did the driver's side, but I'd recommend asking them to do both while it's under warranty.

Seat no longer creaks, but they did crack one of the seat rail covers and scuff part of my seat like 2/3rds of the way up, so look out for that stuff. I didn't bother to complain because I didn't have time for the hassle.

You could waste half a day or more taking your car to the dealership, or you can use your brain and about five minutes of your time taking the seat rail bolt covers off and re-tightening the seat rail bolts.

Get the TSIB, their is a special plastic clip that will alleviate this issue. At first, I thought I was loosing my mind until I found the TSIB and the dealer fixed. Sure, I tightened the track bolt, that helped a little but was no fix.

Well, I can't really respond to that, I did it myself last year and have not had a squeak since.
I guess I should look at it from all sides, a lot of people would say "A car that cost $XXXXX.XX(insert how much the dealer raped you here) shouldn't have issues like this, they should fix it.", and some people just aren't capable/interested in fixing stuff like this, and find it easier to just take it to the dealer. I'm a DIYer and only take my car to the dealership if I absolutely have to.

Here is the TSIB number TSIBNV001-06

I have pretty much resorted to working on my own car because the dealer here is not caring about the problems or makes up excuses to the corporate office to satisfy them that it is just me not what the problem is. I had to fix my own dash rattle, hated every minute!
