DRL and Tailgates won't turn on

DRL and Tailgates won't turn on
Has anybody else had a blown fuse for the DRL and tailgates? I brought it into the dealership and they don't know whats wrong. They asked me to drive 300miles after they changed the fuse but it blew out around 50miles. Really don't know what going, let me know if anyone had this problem?
