Default IS 350 Console USB Fuse

No power to center console USB ports although cig power port does work in 2014 IS 350. Assume it may be a fuse but can't figure out which one to replace. Anybody know which one it is?

*BUMP*

I'm having the same probably, it was working fine then it just stopped. I've checked fuses but can't find one that is blown.

not fused, it goes plugged directly into the rear of the stereo.

you may have shorted it out and it needs to be replaced. hopefully the damage is only done at the circuitry in the USB port and not at the stereo itself.

shown in wiring diagram on page 11-12

Thanks for responding

The radio/CD/bluetooth/xm radio all work fine, just the USB is not responding. Guess I'll take it to the dealership and see what the damage will be.

This is the closest one i can find in the repair manual for 3rd gen IS. This is the Audio System fuse. Good luck.

If that fuse was blown, then the stereo wouldn't turn itself on.

Is it possible the USB ports went bad? We had to replace the port in my husband's '15 Toyota.

It's probably just the port as dooblebug suggested. Sometimes they go...not often, but sometimes.

There is logic going on in the USB port so yes its possible something inside went awry

I would see if it can be looked at at the dealership service department and get replaced under warranty before its over.
Most of these 2014 year model cars should still hold warranty and are about to end very soon (unless you are over the mileage)

My vehicle was involved in an accident and the dash was removed and everything works perfect after the repair except for the USB ports. I am wondering when the dash and center console were removed, it caused the USB ports to short themselves.

They probably forgot to plug in something either behind the stereo or the connector on the other side of the port

Would this require another dash removal? As well, the cig port beneath the two USB works if that would make a difference.

Have you gotten an answer? My USB ports don't work either. All fuses under driver dash works. Tested all of them. Thinking it may be the port. When dark, the light on the ports illuminate, tested usb pins and no power to them.
