Cigarette lighter inside arm rest

Cigarette lighter inside arm rest

My cigarette lighter inside the arm rest on the center console doesn’t work. Not sure why it’s not working any suggestions??

Test the wires to see if any power is going to the lighter, if so, then the lighter itself is bad. If no power, then most likely a fuse.

The other cigarette lighter works the one under the radio I’m going to check the wires thx for the suggestion

I'm pretty sure they're on 2 different circuits.

I don't think the outlet in the center console is a cigarette lighter but a power supply for phone charger and such. So you are not getting power to that outlet? How are you testing it? I think it has its own fuse, check to see if it is blown.

No, check pages 55 and 56 in the owners manual it states that the outlet in the center console is a power outlet. It only shows 1 cigarette lighter in the car and it is the one in the ashtray
