They said something about maybe trading it for another vehicle. But i don't know if i want to trade for a GS350 F sport. I still really like the Mercedes CLA45 but i haven't been able to find one here in town or in Arizona . So i don't know what they will do, only time will tell.

 

Maybe ill hold out for the RC and pray the nav in it works right .

diff issue. mine is heated seats but it will be the same outcome. they turned me over to lemon law to try and prove my case. its easier for them that way they dont have to fix the issue.

 

Yeah the heated seats are really weak as well. Did you get a new car or did they buy yours back or are you stuck with it?

 

So, you complained to Lexus about the radio/nav problem, told them you wanted your money back, and they responded by dismissing you and telling you to pursue recourse through the lemon law?

*edit* just saw your subsequent post about seat heaters. I'd expect a similar response from Lexus regarding the radio/nav issue.

 

Just sucks because I'm sure I'm gonna get stuck with a 50k car that doesn't work right.

 

This "reviewer" has the car for a week and notices the problem. When is Lexus going to pay attention!
