There’s no positive and negative here, just a path for current to pass through (to the circuit it looks like a wire).
If the left most fuse contacts (in the picture) are both connected to the left tap tab, and right most fuse contacts are not connected together internally, and the right most bottom fuse contact is connected to the right most tap tab, you should be good to go. Use an ohm meter to verify the internal connections of the tap.

My diagram is was just gonna add another 20amp fuse in the circuit for safety
