Default Is250 AWD won’t start...

hello CL family.... I’m having trouble with my is250 starting. I just replaced the starter, the alternator, and battery all in December of 2017. The first time I tried to get my car to start it wouldn’t start. Then on the 3rd try it start but it had some rumbling in the brake when I pushed it. I tried a new battery yesterday and it still doesn’t start. I got power and everything... I’m just lost with what I’m doing now. I got some video on my YouTube channel... I’m wondering if it’s the fuel pump... can y’all let me know? Here the link to my videos. Thanks in advance

can anyone tell me what this humming sound is also. Does it have anything to do with the no start/ no crank?

One thing I recommend is get some starting fluid. As many times you've tried to crank it. The engine is probably flooded. With the ignition on the cold start injector starts dumping fuel every time. Also by now the battery is probably weak. Maybe have someone jump the car.

Auto parts has the starting fluid. It's easy to use just watch some YouTube videos. You don't want to saturate it with fluid. A few good burst should do it.

As for the humming in that area it could only be the ABS module. There no other components there.

If all fails to still start. Read up on disconnecting the fuel pressure sensor, and see if it will crank. Another thing is check all your fuses under the hood. Check with a test lamp, or multi meter. You won't see hairline cracks visually.

Where is that sensor located? Is it easy accessible?

Give us some more information. How many miles...
What led up to you changing the starter, and alternator?

The car has 268xxx miles. The alternator got replaced because the battery wasn’t hold a charge and I kept getting jumps... which proved a weak alternator. The starter was replaced because it wasn’t starting... like I said all of them repairs was in 2017

Is the brake pedal really stiff when pushing through start button. I've seen other forums. Where some vacuum problems with the brake booster. Not allowing the car to start. Also I can't really tell from your video. Does the push start goes green to Start?

Also I don't even here nothing from the starter. Being 2 year's old already. Remanufactured? It could easily not be good again. JM2C

I see the Green light so its not an immobilizer issue.
Maybe loose battery cables?
Bad starter relay?

This might/might not apply but a possibility:

SOLVED!!!!! Thanks for all of the responses.... it was actually the fuel pump... and like how the previous person said... the engine was flooded because I seen the high pressure fuel line was leaking fuel every time I had my gf step on the brake. So I replaced the pump and the battery light came on but wouldn’t start. So I sanded down the negative side wall and the ground under the eps and battery holder.sprayed a couple of sprays of starting fluid into the throttle body. Jumped it from my sc400 and VROOM. I was back in action... I don’t know if the buzzing from the throttle body played any part when it wasn’t starting. But buzzing stop, maybe a failing TBS. idk, but the leaking from the high pressure line stopped once the car started and I drove it around to make sure everything was good and it was!! Thanks fam y’all are the best! My next question would be was caused the buzzing from the TBS?

That's good. Can you describe the fuel pressure hose leaking? Did you disconnect the cold start injector line? I'm assuming that's how you saw the fuel coming from the lines.

As for the buzzing on the TB I'm not sure. I had an GS400 before, and it would buzz if the ignition was on. While making the engine cut off while it was running.

I’m saying it wrong.... it’s the fuel high pressure valve pump the green circle was where the leak was coming from. It has black plastic piece and blue tab piece on it
