Lexus IS250 All passenger door lock problem.

If you scroll up, Coleslaw08 posted a picture of one with the model number. The model # is 82730-53540. I got one out of a junked 2008 is250 but it did not fix my issue, which is that none of the doors will lock or unlock with the fob or the switch on the door on the inside of the door. You can hear this part clicking, but nothing locks or unlocks. I doubt it's the actuators, because all doors stopped working at once.

Same Issue
Hey my is started giving this issue just had battery replaced two weeks ago but this started happening off and on but now it hasn’t stopped. When I use the key fob to unlock the car only the driver side unlocks all other doors stay locked and even when I unlock from the inside only driver side opens. Any thoughts?
Also when I hold the handle from the outside on the passenger side door it beeps for 3 seconds like it’s locking but nothing happens. When I do it from the drivers side only the driver side opens. It used to open all. Also I recently got my battery changed a week ago if that is relevant information

Not sure if this will help you out or not, but my issue was that I couldn't use the fob or the interior door lock switch to lock or unlock any doors.
I replaced both front door actuators and now the fob and both front door switches work. I replaced the passenger side first and the fob still didn't work, but the switches did. Once I replaced the driver side actuator, the fob started working, as well as auto locking and unlocking when switching into gear and park. The rear doors don't unlock, but it's my son's car and he's fine with that. Actuators on Amazon were $37. Hope this helps.
