Lexus IS250 All passenger door lock problem.
Hey my is started giving this issue just had battery replaced two weeks ago but this started happening off and on but now it hasn’t stopped. When I use the key fob to unlock the car only the driver side unlocks all other doors stay locked and even when I unlock from the inside only driver side opens. Any thoughts?
Also when I hold the handle from the outside on the passenger side door it beeps for 3 seconds like it’s locking but nothing happens. When I do it from the drivers side only the driver side opens. It used to open all. Also I recently got my battery changed a week ago if that is relevant information

Try this with your fob. It applies to my 2013 but maybe not all years or the C.
But it does sound like the actuators failed... Repeating above, unlikely all at once. Strange. Did the windows reset normally?
i.e. power each all the way down to bottom and hold. Power each up all the way and hold switch??
Reset Service Light:
With engine on, set trip meter to ODO.
Turn Engine off. Push and hold ODO and start car, continue holding trip until each segment zero's. 000000 and maintenance light turns off.
Smart Key Unlock all doors one press:
Default mode is one click opens drivers door (or door touch), two clicks unlocks all doors.
On key fob and when in range of car push and hold both lock and unlock simultaneously for about 5 seconds. Car Chirps repeatedly.
If drivers door is opened, all doors open. If Fob is pushed once, all doors unlock. Car chirps 4X.
To return to single door/single button press, push both buttons for 5 sec.
Trac/VDIM/VSC disable (turns off upon next start):
Disable traction control/stability control VDIM until restart engine:
With car stopped, engine on, press and hold the Trac until the TRAC OFF is displayed. ** do so at your own risk....**
The other option is the pedal dance before startup which seems to do the same as above but the steering is heavier.
Car off, E-Brake depressed, start the car, let off the brake.
Press Brake Pedal twice and hold it down.
While keeping brake down, Release and depress E-Brake twice.
That should enable the sliding car icon. If it doesn't repeat cycle.
OEM F-Sport Split 5 Spoke details:
Pattern = 5 X 144.3mm
Front - 8.0 X 18" w/45mm offset factory 225/40R18
Rear - 8.5 X 18"w/50mm offset factory 255/40R18
Hub Bore 60.1mm

OP, I'm sure I'm having the same exact issue as you. I'm not sure if my issue is the lock actuator because it is happening to all three non driver doors.
The weird part is just yesterday, it was having this issue. After I drove for about like 30 minutes all of the doors started unlocking again. So when it is unable to unlock, ALL three non driver doors are unable to unlock, but when it starts working ALL three starts working as well. weird

So I just started having the same issues. I have a 2011 IS250. When I unlock the doors with the FOB, only the driver's door will unlock. I am also unable to unlock the other three doors with the unlock button on the inside of the door. If I grab the passenger door handle on the outside of the car, the car will chirp 10 times. But the three doors will not unlock. If all doors are unlocked, I can lock all of them with the FOB. So I don't think it is the actuators. I've tried holding down the unlock and lock button on the FOB, but nothing changed...I'm at a loss.

Same problem with my IS 250 2010. Only driver's door works normally. There is a sequence where I can get all four doors to lock at once, but won't reopen together--only driver's.
How did you solve yours?

Anyone have any ideas?? I talked to a service adviser at Lexus. He thinks one of the actuators is bad and that is preventing the other two passenger side locks from functioning properly. Also, If I try to open the passenger side by the door handle, the car will beep 10 times. And it will remained locked.

Correction - 2013 owners manual says push and hold:
Unlock, Trunk, Panic, for approx 5 sec while pushing the Lock button on the key.
Be sure to OPEN at least one door in 60 secs or the Alarm will be set.
