Same issue black screen HVAC controls don't respond radio works clockworks steering controls work I checked all fuses disconnected the battery. I can't figure out what would a black screen have to do with HVAC controls not responding

 

the A/C system control was migrated to the main board of navigation unit that is why you couldn't control it.

 

so even if I replace the digitizer the board would shorted out again sooner or later and if I do replace the board do I still have to Fix the digitizer

 

The touch digitizer and main powerboard is different. Replacing touch panel won't bring up the image unless you change the main board as well

 

Hey everyone, my nav screen suddenly went full white. The radio and ALL buttons work to control everything. And even when I touch the screen it gives me feedback noise that I'm clicking stuff. But the screen stays blank white and I can't see anything. Any ideas?

Has anyone ever seen a white nav screen on a 2014 is350? Got in the car today, and the screen is completely white. I turned the car off a few times but it didn't change. When I put it in the reverse the screen flashes, and you can tell it's pulling up the back up camera. It's been a little colder here in Oklahoma the last couple of days and I wonder if that is the issue. I'll post a picture later. I'm going to reset the PCM and see if that helps. Any insight will be much appreciated!!

I've read this thread up and down for the last few weeks. I've been on aliexpress several times and like sergeblr, asking a few of the sellers on there don't have them in supply when i ask them specifically for the IS. Or has anyone bought a board for the (1/2) or (2/2) and gotten it to work?

Anyone think they can help with leads?
