I've seen 3 port versions...but never messed with them. I have an Elite Engineering 2 port can being delivered today and plan to custom mount it this weekend.

for everyone who has already installed their oil catch can, can anyone tell me what size hoses and couplings I need? Is the original PCV hose 1/2 or 3/8ths? My Mishimoto OCC comes with 1/2" fittings but I'm not sure the the oriiginal PCV valve and PCV hose are 1/2" as well. Can anyone confirm for me?
Thanks

OEM hoses are 3/8". MOST cans have 3/8" threaded holes for a simple 3/8" npt to 3/8" barb brass fitting. You will need to step the 1/2" down to 3/8"

Thanks for the clarification. for simplicity sake I think I'll try to find 3/8ths fittings for the can instead. Otherwise from the original PCV hose I would need an adapter 3/8 to 1/2 which is fine but would be redundant for the other side which is just a hose from the can to the PCV valve I would need to sever it somewhere and create another adapter. This learning process has made this 20-30min job much longer than I would've thought. Still need to find someone to cut some metal for me to make the bracket fit. Wish this can came with vehicle specific brackets to make life easier.

Yup...I made an Elite Engineering can work on my wifes car. Custom made bracket and bought some 3/8" fuel line from autozone. Took me half a day once I knew where I wanted the can and what existing bolt to ise as a mount.

Yeah great solution... If you want it to look like s***. Commenting like everything is plain obvious isn't helping anyone.

Here is my setup:

I'm using an existing bolt that holds the overflow tank to the fan shroud Made this from one piece of 2" angle iron cut up and re-welded. Picked up 3/8" fuel line from autozone.

With the well known issue of carbon buildup on these cars combined with their "sporty" nature, I'm surprised no one offers a bolt on kit...at least I didn't find one.

Hm, I suppose I owe you an apology as I honestly thought you were trolling me given your response to my other post in the sway bar thread about using a breaker bar. That doesn't look that bad actually. I rejected the idea of just zip tying it since it's almost $200, and I live the principle of not cheaping out on things when I've already invested into something. I have the same can so is it actually just zip tied using the supplied bracket holes? I figured it would need a full on metal bracket given it's weight.

I just looped a small zip tie through the bracket holes and then looped a bigger zip tie into the small loop and around the hose that is running in the picture. It's slightly sitting on a hose underneath so the entire weight isn't hanging on the zip ties alone. And then I just did the same process around the body just to make it a bit more sturdy. It's not ideal but gets the job done.
