Lol I just put an offer for one. Danny did you have to add stainless steel scrub?
the only thing I did was drill a hole to mount it, it comes with O rings so use them. The OCC is all you need no need to change anything but mount it where ever you feel, I just think where I mounted mine was the best possible spot
I just ordered one of these from the same guy. My cars currently at the dealer having the piston rings replaced. When routing the hose, does the hose that goes into the PCV go into the left side of the can and the exit goes out of the right side? or should it not matter?

One other thing because of where I mounted my OCC I had to modify the eng cover to run the lines through as you can see in the pics but this can is well worth the $20 IMO im very surprised its only $20 from the craftmanship and how well its put together with the filter in the middle of the can it should be priced around $100

If you have the can facing you, the one on the left side is the inlet it has a little tube that goes past the filter and the one in the right goes back into the eng but take the cover apart just to make sure

I don't want to bring this thread back from the dead but i also don't want to create a new thread. i rather keep everything here for those in the future who has the same question. Has anyone had any problems at all with the lines or the catch can freezing? Reason im asking is because winter is around the corner for me and the car will be mostly in the teens or below (19 and below). My car has 100,900 on it now and recently had the TSIB aka bandage done on my engine. Does anyone know if it has given any problems of freezing in the winter?
Bump Anyone have any experience with the oil catch can in cold weather?
Our cars take 5w-30 for that sole reason that it can be used at any temps even -20F and below so I dont see a problem with the catch can in the winter besides you are not capturing much in the can

I read some horror stories about it freezing up and some say it's ok so I don't know myself..

Is this seller still selling on eBay? Can't seem to find the same one you used. It looks really nice. Do you remember the sellers name? Or if you can post the link, that'll help.
