Being blacked out might just make me pull the trigger. Looks sick.

Looks great! Will it work in older models? Is it as easy as removing the old light and putting in the new one? Or are there electrical differences?

I think the headlight housing is the same, but the wire harness are different? I could be wrong, but I hope that we can just swap everything from the old housing wire to the new one to make it work?

AS FAR AS I KNOW, the headlight we have in Japan DO HAVE the AFS.

I am not sure if the AFS is taken out in the states.

It has been confirmed... the USDM IS250/350/F will have NO AFS. It even says so on lexus.com. TIS memos show anything related to AFS has been removed.

If they do have AFS in japan, that would be awesome ....

Page 8 of the attached document "IS350/250 — OUTLINE OF NEW FEATURES" contains the following sentence:

"The Intelligent Adaptive Front-lighting System (AFS) has been discontinued."

So Yes, AFS is gone in 2011.

so i'm curious, are the LED DRLs bright white or are they off-white? In many pics, they look off white, but i remember reading a member saying he saw one on the road, and they looked bright white like any other LEDs out there. so what's the verdict?
