i installed my driver side light and moved on to passenger, but i cant tilt the mirror as far as the driver side, is that normal or is it the same amount of tilt and i cant tell.

i didnt try the screws on that side yet, was going to wait till morning as its too hard to hold a flashlight in my mouth haha, so im not sure how difficult it will be but it didnt seem like there was much room to get them out.

so is the 4 leds 2w is the brightest one for our puddle lamps? I replaced mine with some kind of LED long ago and I dont' think they are as bright as even the stock halogens.

make sure they are the flank types where the led lights fire downward. leds that fire in other directions are useless, since the puddles dont have reflectors.

Eddie, that was a superior write up. You should do more mods and tell us about them.

just did this yesterday for my 09.. not sure if this is true for the 06-08 as well but i had to remove 3 screws from each mirror, not 2, in order to get the back of the housing off. 2 top corner ones, and 1 bottom one from the corner away from the vehicle, after that it was just cake.

I just did this today, was very easy thanks to the DIY. Only took maybe 20 min. Worst part is that i ruined my credit card, but I think that could be a good thing! Gotta stop using it
