Default Side view mirrors no longer tilt...PLEASE HELP

So I got my 350 back from the shop a couple weeks ago, and I just noticed the side view mirrors no longer tilt when I go into reverse. I could take it back to the shop, but I figured there is a way to program it myself. Am I right, or should I be taking this back to the shop? Thanks in advance.

My mom has that problem on her RX400h. Unfortunatly for the RX, putting the mirror (L - R) control button in the middle did not do anything. How ever though, when I was parking and flipped the button to the side where I needed a better view, it tilted. Only one side though. Im not sure if it works like that or both sides should go down.

I never had to push any buttons or leave them in a certain position, it use to just tilt when I went in reverse. I know it's not a big deal, but having the car function the way its supposed to is key. So if anyone with any knowledge on this please help.

EDIT: Okay I am an idiot, I just read the fine print in the manual, leaving the R-L switch in neutral disables the reverse tilt function. you have to leave it in L or R for it to tilt.

Slide switch to left or right side. If in middle, will not tilt.

It's not the middle and you do have to have the mirror key properly selected for the tilt. Adjust the mirror button (Left/Right) to the drivers' side and it should tilt.
