Default XenonDepot 6000K Problem

So i installed my XD 6K's and i noticed a couple of problems that my installer and my dealership can't figure out...

I noticed that the bulbs that i received from XD were a lot bigger than the standard halogen bulbs for the H11 kit.

my problem is that after i installed the lights, they seem to work as far as turning on/off goes, but when i'm driving, they constantly bounce and flicker over bumps and such.

it is seriously annoying, especially since i've tried tightening them. is this a problem that people have seen for after-market installation of HID's?

my friend has a TSX, and his lights seem to be fine, they don't bounce or anything...

i've also emailed steve and he was cool with sending me a work order form, but i'm just not sure if the lights or broken, if it's me, or i dunno.

help!!

Ok here's the deal.

Since you have HID's now (more bright light) you will notice a considerable amout of jitter in your lights. This is normal, as this happenend to me, and i have read other post with simular results after their upgrades.

As long as your light beam is constant and the lights ARE NOT flickering on and off, it should be normal. This only bothers me on very bumpy roads.

yeah mine does that too...gets really annoying after awhile. makes the car looks cheap with the light bouncing all over the places. My previous bimmer doesnt do that, i just think Lexus made cheap housing. Park you car in front of your garage and turn on your light and tap the fender. You will notice that the light will vibrate as well. Mine got water in them twice already...when i use a vaccum to blow the water off the car after the wash.

if it flickers on and off.. then it's connection.. not the housing...

I think he meant bouncy like what I experience as well...like when you see a motorcycle light coming up behind you at night bouncing all over the places.

it's definitely flickering and not the connection. the connection is very tight. i noticed that the right one flickers more than the left one... i hate this. if it weren't for such a good quality of output, i'd go back to my original halogens. any tips on making it not bounce/flicker as much?
