Victory!!!
Friday night... couldn't sleep...
Tested out Nav TV and it works!!!
Just installed the module and used my home DVD player to test video feed!
Wow! I got it working. Just gotta make time tomorrow after work to finish it up!
By pressing the DISC button twice, the screen displays: " DVD CHANGER DISC 1, CHAPTER 2"
Not sure why the emulation showed that display on the screen but it works!
I will take some pictures tomorrow!
The module took me about 1hr to install cuz I wanted to make sure everything was correct!
All i have hooked up was the following:
Nav TV Module
and
Video to the J52 Port
On the Nav TV Module, it was a simple 4 wire hook up!
TX + and TX-
Positive/Negative
Will keep you guys posted!

Oh yeah... I figured out how to properly remove the VENT. It is actually VERY EASY!
The VENT is clipped onto the Nav Screen ONLY. Once you unclip it.. wiggle it around.. and the WHOLE VENT slides out!
DO NOT DO THE NAV HACK METHOD shown on the DIY on this SITE. That is the incorrect way... trust me.. I tried it before on the 350 w/ ML.
I will update you guys on that too!

isTundra,
Great job on the install, can't wait for the DIY !!!,
Quick question, Is there any advantages to installing NavTV vs. Hacking the backup camera?
I don't know if I'm missing something - but, The NavTv unit is upwards of $500; while hacking the backup camera is nearly free.
