I found the size already. But just have no idea how to take the bulb out and replace it.

can someone give me some hints how to replace the footwell light please?

 

alright... here is my order list. Can someone that can verify them for me? the most concern I have is the length of the bulb is too long.

2X SUPER BLUE HIGH POWER FLANK BULB for the door courtesy lamp

2X SUPER BLUE 9 LED DOME LIGHT for the back dome light

1X BLUE SMT 6 LED DOME LIGHT for trunk

3X 2(one pair) BLUE SMT 5 LED LIGHT BULBS total of 6 bulbs, 3 for the front dome, 2 for the mirror and I have one left.

1X 2(one pair) SUPER HID WHITE for back up/reverse light

The one that I am not 100% sure is the mirror light, I took the mirror apart and try to see how much room I have in that light. It look pretty small. Will the 2(one pair) BLUE SMT 5 LED LIGHT BULBS fit?

and have anyone try this 2(one pair) SUPER HID WHITE for back up/reverse light? Are they bright?

Ok, one thing, going ALL blue... at nite it'll be dark, some of us have gone in the dome, vled 2 Hi-power white/1 hi-power blue HERE That way when you open the door its bright, and when you close the door the 2 white turn off and the blue stays on for a few more sec. Heres a link to the papaya dome MOD.

As for the reverse lites, dont know if the led will be bright enough, gl with that since brightness is 'subjective'.

For the mirror part you took apart? is that the vanity lites for the sunvisor mirror? vled 194 flank white. OR the dumbo ear side mirrors? vled 194 Hi-power blue.

 

Has anyone changed the lights under the side mirrors that go on when you approach the car. If so sorry i missed your post but does any one have pics?
i was thinking of possibly changing these on my car to colored LEDs.

 

The mirror that I took apart is the side ear mirror..

and about the papaya mod.. it looks good.. but they look chuck a little when it come on and off, is that normal?

Try ebay motors, search '194 flank led' or something.

I was wondering if anyone has used the VLEDS HID WHITE SMT 5 LED LIGHT BULBS for their dome and puddle lights?

If so.. can you post some pics? I heard these are really bright compared to the old 5 led refractors... so i wanted to see the difference..

 

i dont have pix.. but if you readdd the thread like EVERYONE SHOULDD... they are REALLY bright and stayyyy bright and dont dim out.. almost a year and absolutely no problems.. no flickers.. nothing.. i have refractors in my dome lights and i hate how it flickers away.. SMT leds dont do that..

Im thinking of getting some HID for the fogs though.

 

I think you'll have issues with your high beams with those LEDs.

 

Hmm, What should i use for the DRLs then?

Im thinking of getting a 6000k Hid kit for the fogs, you guys think it will look right with the OEM HID?
