Looking carefully at the engine and transmission leak I don’t think it’ll be a issue with the amount of oil leaked. It’s more of a moisture and dirt build up. But the transfer case actually has the most and to me it seems to be the actuator leaking like the 470s. Is this the same type of diy possibly?

 

Went for oil change was told btw your transfer case is leaking, shows a video of it aaaaand labor alone is $3k and it's 12 hours. Haha yeah!
Dealership price too, so I called a another Lexus dealership and it's $2100 for labor and $200 for parts. Says it's 7 hours
The service manager said don't worry too much about it, lol I got the oil change for the purpose of a up coming road trip, yes you'll be fine...

That's why I'm posting, to get advice And I found another forum also down playing the urgency to repair so I'm picturing myself (not having a personal garage) maintaining the leak, does it need refill? how to do it, Affect AWD? The video does show relatively new leak.

Huh. If it's either the front or rear output shaft seal, it shouldn't be that big of a job to fix. I had to have the front output shaft seal replaced on my 5th Gen 4 Runner Limited (same full-time Aisin Transfer Case) and it was only a couple hundred bucks to do as I recall. Definitely not a cash-ectomy like you are describing. I'd get a different opinion... maybe even try a regular Toyota dealer if you have one near. Good luck.
