Default Front Doors will not Lock

Weird issue started last night--I have an 08 and when you go to lock the doors the two front doors will not lock--you can see them jog a little but do not lock.. The back doors and rear lock fine. also I have them set to auto lock after you take off and again all lock but the front doors?

Dirty brushes in that little 12V actuator (made in China) motor.
Had one door out of 5 working. Now they are all clicking (locking/unlocking) as new.

Toyota probably sells hundreds of them a year and they love the business at about $300 a piece. How many end up in garbage just because of $1.50 worth part?

Well, maybe when ever your next one goes out, you can fix it for nothing!
Lets hope that you have saved the old one for parts and have the motor ready to be used again (after cleaning).
