Remote Start issue
1) You wouldn't want anyone to be able to just hop in your car.
2) This prevents people from getting into their already started car, and driving off without the key. Yes the car beeps and warns you if you don't have the key, but somehow people still ignore it. Big inconvenience to arrive at destination, turn off car, and not be able to start it. Work at dealership, have seen it happen.
1. I press the remote start button on the key fob and it starts with the doors locked and they remain locked.
2. Hit the unlock button on fob as I approach the truck open the door and get in.
3. Insert key and turn to on (engine still running).
Until step 3 it will not let you take it out of park.
I don't see why this couldn't work on the GS F? Instead of turning the key, it could be simply pressing the interior start button again with fob in car?

To help ensure your safety, and anyone near the vehicle, the remote engine starter is designed to shut the engine off when it detects any attempt to enter or move the vehicle after a remote engine start.
All it would take is one judgement against Toyota with a sizable reward for them to institute this policy.
