Learned my lesson the hard way that opting out of your remote start subscription does not cancel your subscription. When you login to the Lexus Enform website and click on "Manage Subscriptions" and deselect the things you are subscribed to, that does not mean you unsubscribed and you'll keep getting charged. Customer service rep even told me that some customers just like to opt out of remote start but continue to pay for it. Really? Infact under "Manage Subscriptions" there is no way to cancel your subscription, nor is there any mention of how to do it. Very frustrating. <rant done>

 

yea it’s stupid you can’t cancel online. I did the same thing and unsubscribed online thinking I was good but was not

 

Wow Really !!! I just ended mine for my old GSF and they gave me the money back that i prepaid. I think i paid for a year or so and used it for about 6 months, But they refunded me the 6 months. that i had remaining.

 

Yes, refund is prorated.
