Default GSF front end conversion 2015

Is anyone familiar with this kit on eBay? I'm looking for photos of fitment and cost breakdown (Custom sensor holes and how much work it would take to fit).

Thanks in advance lexus fam!

There were a bunch of discussions about this front bumper but they were all fiber glass. I'm curious about the fitment on this one as I always prefer abs over fiber glass.

I think you're referring to AIMGAIN. It costs a pretty penny $$$. I would rater run abs if I can as well!

There were issues with fitment. See this thread: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...is-bumper.html

$899 and it includes the grill??? That's basically the cost of a Lexus grill .. and then what? they throw in the cheap bumper for free?

Your better off with a 2013 FSport bumper and paint the center section matte black (or adding SKIPPER SKP DEZIGN Front Bumper Garnish).

If anyone's interested, I have two AIMGAIN Pure VIP 2016 F Sport Conversion Front Bumpers in production with a turn around expected in August/Sept.

I know right?! Then there would be no reason to get 16+ except for the full screen feature..

you do know that the aimgian is fiberglass material and its not perfect fit with that amount of money that you spent on the bumper compare to the ebay one.

Your aware they use a digital 3D CAD designed mold? Is this based on your own experience fitting an eBay bumper and an AIMGAIN bumper?

A CL member bought an AIMGAIN. Waited several months, got a destroyed product, waited few months again, got a product with less than good fitment. Had to do a lot of fiberglass work to make it fit. Quality was horrible. And at that price point, anything less than perfect is a product worth staying away from. The eBay bumper had a better fitment than the AIMGAIN at a fourth of the price. Wasn't perfect, but sure as hell easier to work with ABS than with fiberglass.

From what I read is that:
1. He didn't like the small 'gap' between the grill and hood. Understandable, but both the grill and hood are factory items. The 2016 was a very different front end and so this may be the best result possible.
2. His fog inserts didn't fit without sanding. Ok, maybe they need sanding? I would have to hear from other installers about this before making a judgement.

Everything I heard about eBay parts is 'they don't fit. It was like an inch off' .. or something similar about the mounting locations just being totally wrong.

but im just trying to say is that with that price comparing to the ebay one its more worth it since both bumper have to pay the bodyshop to touch up to make it look right thats more $$. i understand if the ebay one and aimgain is almost the same price i would of course go with the aimgain, but the price difference is night and day plus you have to wait couple weeks for the bumper to come. eventho i saw only one member said the fitment is bad and i dont see any other member have the aimgain front bumper say its perfect fit. right now so i have to only trust that member on what his experience was. but if i saw few more member have the aimgain and they all say its perfect fit without the bodyshop doing any touch up work on it then of course we will tell other forum member to go with aimgain. thats my thinking im not trying to bash on aimgain kit. i love them it just that the price that we have to pay for the bumper and have to let a bodyshop to touch up to make it looks good is not worth the money comparing to the ebay. one more time im not bashing on you or aimgain kit im just want to let other member know what the other member experience with the aimgain kit and the ebay kit.

I was going to order the widebody kit but from one the CL vendors but decided not to after that review. Sucks because it looks really nice.
