Hey guys, has anyone tried to replace the navigation ****? I am not sure what its called. Its the mouse-like pad for navigating the menus. Mine is all scratched up. I bought a new one, but cant seem to get the old one off.

 

It's been discussed many times, pops out with lil force.

 

Thanks Dallasguy1. I tried using force, but it gives me an "oh man this is gonna break something awful" kinda feeling. I will give it another go.

 

I just replaced mine and it easily pops out.

 

So that's all there is too it? Just pull straight up. Thanks for answering guys. I'll ignore my fear and just pull straight up.
