Dial **** not working

I just purchased a used 2015 NX200T without navigation and the dial **** to operate the display has stopped working after 2 weeks of owning the car. 🙄. Any suggestions before i head to the dealership?

Try pushing in and holding the **** for 10 seconds. My GS did this and this seems to reboot the system.
