Navigation Joystick Knob Gone

Navigation Joystick **** Gone
I have a 2002 IS300 with OEM navigation and unfortunately the joystick **** has gone missing (think it went into a vacuum hose at the car wash).
The dealer says the **** by itself is not available, that I need to by a new joytick assembly at a cost of over $250! Anybody know where I can get just a ****, even something that is just as good but designed for something else?

run back to where ever you vacumed it up and start searching i just had to buy a new set up cuz the boddy shop did that to me like 3 months ago so no luck in finding it when i picked the car up last week from the shop
