Only on a cold morning would it take about 500 yards to awaken with the tire low pressure warning light off.
On a normal drive, it must awaken instantly with no orange warning light just like the OEM TPMS sensors.

I would have used the OEM Toyota sensor ID's that I had already put in, but I had them removed and returned to me so I can use them in my Highlander. So I didn't want to have the same ID's in two different cars. I had purchased these OEM sensors to use in my Highlander. I had one installed and it worked fine. But then the Lexus needed a sensor replaced, and according to the listing of these sensors, they were supposed to work in the Lexus. So I installed the other three into the Lexus, and that's when the pressure display stopped working. So either the one sensor that was still in the car didn't work with the new sensors, or the new sensors just were not the right ones for the Lexus. Maybe if I had put the entire set of four in the Lexus, it might have worked.

If you have the Highlander with the smart key it should be the same sensor. If you have a regular key it is not.

So it was a much better deal.

Previously, in the back of my mind, I had wondered whether "cloning" the OEM ID keys were better than "auto-generated" ID keys, or better than wi-fi scanning or eyeball reading off the pre-programmed ID keys stamped on the TPMS sensors, but now, it looks like all three methods work equally well on the Autel MX sensors with tire pressure readings on the instrument panels, however the Autel MX TPMS's "wake-up" time when cold is slower and less instant and more latent than the Lexus OEM TPMS sensors.
