Default Change HID Lowbeam Headlights

After doing a search in the forum, it looks like the 3GS uses D4S bulbs. My question is: does Philips sell any 4300k D4S bulbs? I checked out xenondepot and I only saw D2S (i'm guessing these are not interchangeable). I tried looking through google put saw some crap websites that doesn't look reputable.

People have been recommending Garax but it looks like it only comes in 6000k+ flavors but I want more light output, hence 4300k.

Please recommend quality 4300k bulbs (preferably with links)

Edit: I saw this online, so its possible that Philips makes D4S Bulbs?

Edit #2: I saw this but it doesn't say D4s

These bulbs are widely available from Philips in 4300K. They are called Philips Xeneco D4S and the part number is 42402.

Yes, I saw these on ebay recently. Philips Xeneco is the OEM bulb.

Hmm....isn't the 3GS already came with the 4300K Philips bulb anyway?

Yeah I think he just wants new ones. Maybe one of the old ones burned out or his car is used and the previous owner replaced the OEM with some weak bulbs.

Or he got into an accident and had to get new headlights and the body shop bought ones without these D4S Philip bulbs from japan just like me!

Anyways. I'm not sure if there is a huge difference, but one auction was comparing Germany made to Japan made saying Japan > Germany. And unfortunately, the Philips XenEco 42402 D4S Xenon Headlight HID(4300k) on eBay selling at $138.89 and $107.99 are from Germany. I assume the ones that come stock are Japan made.
